ITO & BPO Outsourcing Forum 2015
The CEO of BPO Nextdoor, Mr. Sumnikov, received a personal invitation from the head of German Outsourcing Association, Mr. Fricke, for the ITO & BPO Outsourcing Forum in Berlin.
The forum was held on April 23, 2015 and was dedicated especially to the market conditions in BPO and ITO with a focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Mr. Sumnikov participated actively in the discussions about the best practices and models in BPO and presented the service portfolio of BPO Nextdoor.
It is planned that BPO Nextdoor will contribute several articles to the Outsourcing Journal of German Outsourcing Association about the cooperation models and pilot projects.
The representatives of BPO Nextdoor will further on actively participate in different events dedicated to BPO and not only in Germany in order to follow the latest market requirements and to fulfill them.
