Natalia Vershynina

Team Lead

Natalia joined the BPO Nextdoor as a regular team member. Due to her perseverance, initiative, and high proficiency in German, Natalia is now a team lead of media analysis and works with one of our most challenging projects in the field of media monitoring. Over the duration of her career with BPO Nextdoor, Natalia has already taken a business trip to Hamburg. Also, Natalia is fond of making handmade jewellery.

Jurij Pidsadnyj

CEO

Jurij was born and lived for the first 10 years of his life in Germany, which is in turn also reflected in the mutual relationships and partnerships of BPO Nextdoor with German clients. Jurij has been successfully managing the entire operations department of BPO Nextdoor for 3 years, after which he was promoted to the new CEO and is now taking on new challenges to drive the company forward.

Data Entry Analyst (Remote)

Nikita moved to Lviv from the Crimea and is now successfully working remotely with one of our German clients. Throughout his work experience, Nikita has taken a business trip to Germany, which contributed to his professional growth and development of our team. Despite the fact that Nikita is a remote worker, he actively participates in events and celebrations organised by BPO Nextdoor and remains a solid part of the team.

Technical Support Specialist (English)

We recently started cooperation with our new client – US company, that provides investigators and research administrators with the easiest-to-use, most efficient tools to manage the research enterprise, backed by the best customer support in the industry.

Regarding this, we are searching for an experienced Technical Support Specialist, whose responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving, as well as software upgrades and configurations for our customer’s products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients to gather necessary information to troubleshoot and provide timely resolution of escalated tickets
  • Evaluate database-level problems
  • Identify and escalate account management issues appropriately
  • Enhance diagnostic and reporting capabilities on application-related topics with reusable SQL and scripts
  • Meet ticket management, SLA and Customer Satisfaction goals
  • Develop a solid understanding of Research Administration
  • Identify, test, and thoroughly document base product defects and enhancements in JIRA
  • Provide feedback on product direction

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of technical support experience (preferably using: SaaS software, SOAP and RESTful APIs, Single Sign-On (SSO) and related technologies)
  • Competency using and writing SQL (MSSQL and POSTGRES) would be an advantage
  • Organized, with excellent time management skills in the face of rapidly shifting priorities
  • Experience with Subversion, Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence would be a plus

To improve our client’s software, we are looking for a junior-middle programmer who has experience with PHP, JavaScript and C# technologies

Real-Time Analyst (English)

After a year of successful cooperation with a large European retailer, BPO Nextdoor has a new task for a specialist who is fluent in English (both verbally and in writing), has an advanced level of Excel knowledge as well as an experience of using workforce management tools. This specialist will work as a Real-Time Analyst with our customer’s contact centre. If you are responsible enough, have relevant experience and interested in an analytical/managerial job with a reputable German company, please send us your CV.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar job using workforce management technology (Queuing Technics, Staffing, AHT, Service Level, Occupancy, Shrinkage, Attrition, ACD, Billing Model, Workload Model etc.).
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, Index, Sumifs, Sumproduct, Match, Pivot Table, Chart use, Conditional Formatting, Date & Time Formulas, Lookup and Reference Formula, Advance Excel Topics, Basic Macro etc.).
  • At least 1 year of experience in real-time monitoring (RTM), planning in a call centre or a similar environment/industry that works with key figures for the production environment (forecasting, AHT, fluctuation, overtime and FTE).
  • Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Practice in using workforce management tools (IEX, Avaya CMS, Teleopti, Aspect)
  • Knowledge of Erlang’s models, along with various methods of resource calculation.
  • Good management information system and reporting skills.
  • Proven planning and time management skills as well as an overview to deal with multiple time requirements and ambiguities.
  • Experience in dealing with staff shortages and their optimization in real-time as well as resource planning.
  • Understanding of terms such as fluctuation (in office and out of office), SLA, occupancy, AHT components, adherence to schedules, % failure.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment of compliance and taking measures to improve performance.
  • Real-time control (ensuring the use of resources to meet the requirements of the amount of the calls).
  • Monitoring and analysis of the most important performance indicators and trends for deployment recommendations, planning and adaptation of resource requirements
  • Tracking and comparing forecasted and current data
  • Prediction and creation of reliable time planning through simulations based on historical data.
